Terms of Service

1. Who can use Garagna

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Qatari law. By signing up you confirm you meet these requirements and the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account, including keeping your password secure and the activity that happens under it. Notify us at hello@garagna.com of any unauthorized access.

3. The marketplace

Garagna is a platform that connects buyers with independent service providers (suppliers, garages, breakdown operators). We facilitate transactions but the underlying contract for goods or services is between you and the supplier. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, and delivery; buyers are responsible for paying and providing accurate delivery information.

4. Payments

Payments are processed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) by Stripe. Garagna takes a commission on completed orders. Refunds are handled per our dispute process: open a dispute from your order page and our team will mediate. Unresolved roadside or undeliverable orders are refunded automatically.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise illegal goods.
• Misrepresent the condition of parts or vehicles.
• Bypass Garagna to avoid commission, harass other users, or scrape data at scale.
• Use the platform for any activity that violates Qatari law.

6. Messages on Garagna

Messages between customers and service providers are stored on Garagna and may be reviewed by our team at any time to keep the platform safe, to investigate disputes, and to enforce these Terms — in particular the prohibitions above on bypassing Garagna to avoid commission and on harassing other users. A notice to this effect appears at the top of every chat.

Garagna staff do not take part in those conversations and never send messages as either party. When we need to contact you, it comes from Garagna Support, clearly identified as us.

7. Disputes & refunds

Disputes raised within the platform are reviewed by Garagna staff. We may issue refunds, mediate between parties, suspend accounts, or remove listings. Decisions are at our reasonable discretion.

8. Liability

Garagna is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in commission in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can close your account from your profile at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Doha.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app banner. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
